Meet the founder
Jack Winn, founder & formulator
Jack started his career at Vidal Sassoon and went on to lead education at Toni & Guy — the two studios that, between them, defined what professional color education looked like for a generation of stylists. He also holds a chemistry degree, which means he is not buying formulas from a third-party lab and putting his name on them. Every Jack Winn Pro product is formulated by Jack himself.
He built Jack Winn Pro because the rest of the professional industry had stopped putting stylists first — cutting margins, raising minimums, walking education out the door. The bet was that a brand that put stylists at the center would attract the stylists everyone else was losing.
