JWP uses pharmaceutical-grade ingredients (level 4 purity) vs. the cosmetic grade (level 2–3) used by most major brands. We also sell direct — no distributor markup — and share profits back with stylists through cash back and referral commissions.
How does the referral commission work?
When you refer another licensed stylist to JWP, you earn 10% of their purchases on an ongoing basis — not a one-time bonus. It compounds as your network grows.
What education is included?
