SMS TERMS OF SERVICE — LEAD PROGRAM
Jack Winn Pro SMS Program for Leads

These terms govern the Jack Winn Pro text-messaging program operated by Jack Winn Color, LLC (dba Jack Winn Pro) (“JWC,” “we,” “us”). They supplement our Privacy Policy; with respect to information collected through the SMS program, our Privacy Policy’s “SMS and Mobile Information Privacy” section and these terms control.
Program Description
The JWC SMS program sends text messages to licensed hair stylists and prospective customers who have opted in. The program includes two separate message categories, each requiring its own consent:
Non-marketing messages: replies to your product questions, introductory-call scheduling, and appointment confirmations and reminders. Message frequency may vary.
Marketing messages: JWC product offers, discounts, and product updates, limited to no more than four marketing messages per month.
You receive only the message categories you selected when opting in.
Consent & Opt-In
For the Jack Winn Pro Lead SMS Program, contacts may opt in through designated Jack Winn Pro forms that display separate, optional consent choices for marketing and non-marketing text messages. The current lead opt-in page is https://jackwinnpro.com/ad-form. Neither SMS consent choice is pre-selected, the form may be submitted without selecting either SMS option, and contacts are enrolled only in the message category or categories they affirmatively select. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Opt-Out and Help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time; you will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (714) 760-4969 or info@jackwinncolor.com.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. JWC does not charge for the program.
SMS Data Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message services necessary to deliver messages. Phone numbers collected through the SMS program are used by JWC, its service providers, and its authorized representatives acting on our behalf solely to operate the program described on this page. Please see the “SMS and Mobile Information Privacy” section of our Privacy Policy, available on our Site.
Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
We may update these SMS program terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on our Site.
